This is the Celtic Cross layout that I learned with; I have seen a number of variations to it. While you will see 11 cards listed on this Tarot spread sample, there are only 10 cards in the spread. The first card listed is the significator - I numbered it to avoid any confusion.
Take your time and remember that learning any new Tarot layout as well as the meanings of each Tarot card take time.
